We can't promise you a saving. That depends on your contract, your usage and the market on the day. If there's no better deal, we'll tell you so.

Yes. We'll check your end date and notice terms first and tell you the right time to act. Switching too early can cost you.
Do you cover gas as well as electricity?
Yes. We can review both, and cover several sites together.
What happens to the details we enter in the quote?
They go to the specialist energy broker we work with, to find your meters and prepare quotes, and are shared with us so we can follow up your enquiry. The quote doesn't set marketing cookies, and you're not committed to anything until you sign a contract. Read our privacy policy.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us first and we'll do our best to put it right. Our energy service is covered by the Energy Ombudsman, so if we can't resolve a complaint about our service, you may be able to refer it to them once our complaints process is complete. Problems with the energy supply itself should go to your supplier first. Read our complaints code.
Will we be locked in?
Business energy contracts run for a fixed term. We'll explain the length, exit terms and any charges before you decide. Please read them carefully, because a verbal agreement can be binding.
